Synopsis
One day, twelve children were born...
Each had strange eyes and strange powers. England was afraid and sent troops to control or eliminate them.
Before that happened they did something. Now London is flooded. Its people scattered and scrabbling for survival.
The children have grown and settled in White Chapel, and are slowly learning to deal with the chaos their actions have created, the full meaning and scope of their powers, and mostly the connection and conflicts among themselves. It is not an easy task.
